July 24, 2007: Just two months later, right after her 21st birthday, Lohan is arrested in Santa Monica on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving on a suspended license and felony drug possession. Aug. 23, 2007: Lohan goes to court and pleads guilty to misdemeanor cocaine use and driving under the influence and is sentenced to one day in jail and 10 days of community service and placed on three years’ probation. March 13-16, 2009: A Beverly Hills judge issues a $50,000 warrant related to Lindsay Lohan’s May 2007 DUI arrest only to rescind it three days later after her attorney Shawn Holley shows that she had been complying with the terms of her probation.

May 20, 2010: Lohan misses a required court hearing in which the judge was to determine whether she had been attending weekly alcohol counseling sessions as ordered. Defense lawyer Shawn Holley tells the judge Lohan is unable to fly back from the Cannes Film Festival in France because she lost her passport. An arrest warrant issued by the judge at the hearing is withdrawn after a representative for the actress-singer posted her $100,000 bail.

The warrant is subsequently recalled after a bail bondsman covers Lohan’s bond.

Charlie Sheen, with whom she filmed a cameo for Scary Movie 5, reportedly lent her $100,000 to help with her money troubles.

January 2013: Lohan and her new lawyer are scheduled to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner for her first hearing on new misdemeanor charges of lying to authorities and reckless driving, stemming from a car accident last summer on the Pacific Coast Highway.
